We are located at 2444 Boston Post Road (Route 1) in Larchmont in the
Mrs. Green's/Staples shopping plaza. We are right next to Mercedes of Larchmont.
Look for the big, red Bikram Yoga sign!!
We are convenient to Interstate 95 - you can either take Exit 16 in New
Rochelle, or, if traveling north, you can exit off Exit 17 in Larchmont. If travelling via the Hutchinson Parkway,
you can either: exit at North Avenue in New Rochelle and head south for about 3 miles until you reach Route 1 or
exit at Weaver Street (Rt. 125), follow the directions to Larchmont and travel south for about 3 miles until
you reach Route 1. Whether you take Interstate 95 or the Hutch, if you are coming from a New Rochelle exit, you
will travel north on Route 1 for about a mile and we will be on your left. If you are coming from a Larchmont exit,
you will travel south for just over a mile and we will be on your right.

If traveling by public transportation, you can take the Metro North New
Haven Line to either the New Rochelle or Larchmont train stations. We
are a short cab ride (approx. 1 mile from either train station). Also,
Bee Line Bus # 60, which runs between Fordham and downtown White Plains,
stops right in front of our yoga school.
